Machinedto Spec.Deliveredon Time.
Turbine housings, valve assemblies, and high-pressure manifolds for gas turbine OEMs and offshore platform builds. ASME · API · NACE certified. In-house NDT. ±0.0001″ tolerances.

Six stations. One source. No gaps in the chain.
Walk the floor. Every station below represents a controlled process your incumbent vendor likely outsources.

Every casting enters with a pedigree.
Incoming bar stock, forgings, and castings are verified against mill certificates before they touch the floor. Material traceability is maintained lot-by-lot — heat number, chemical analysis, mechanical properties — from the receiving dock to the finished part.

5-axis. In-house. No subcontracting.
Eight machining centers including twin-pallet horizontal mills with 1,600 mm swing capacity. Complex turbine housings and manifold bores held to ±0.0001″ on contour. Fixturing designed and built internally — no scheduling gaps waiting on outside tooling.

Qualified procedures. Certified welders. Period.
All welding performed to ASME Section IX qualified procedures. TIG, MIG, and SAW processes for pressure-containing components. Every weld traveler ties back to the WPS, welder qualification record, and filler material heat number — auditable in 24 hours.

In-house NDT. No waiting on a subcontractor.
Full NDT suite operated by ASNT Level II and Level III certified technicians. UT, RT, MT, PT, and PMI performed on-site — results issued same shift when schedule demands it. No third-party scheduling bottleneck on your critical-path weld.

Dimensional report. Hydrostatic test. Ship.
CMM inspection on every critical dimension before assembly. Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing to 1.5× design pressure per ASME B31.3. Final dimensional report, material traceability package, and NDE records bundled before the part leaves the building.

Packed for the platform. Not the warehouse shelf.
Export crating to ISPM 15 standard. Nitrogen-purge and desiccant preservation for offshore environments. Each crate tagged with part number, heat number, and QR-linked data book — your receiving team can pull the full history in 30 seconds on the dock.
Side by side. No ambiguity.
If your current vendor missed a tolerance on a critical-path component, this table explains why. Single-source capability removes the coordination gap where quality escapes happen.
| Capability | Typical Incumbent | Forge |
|---|---|---|
| NDT Capability | Outsourced — 3rd party lab | In-house UT, RT, MT, PT, PMI |
| CNC Axis Count | 3-axis max | 5-axis simultaneous |
| Supply Chain Model | Split: casting vendor + machine shop | Single-source cast-and-machine |
| Tolerance Capability | ±0.001″ typical | ±0.0001″ on contour |
| Weld Qualification | Outsourced welding | In-house ASME Sec. IX WPS |
| PWHT | External furnace — adds 2 weeks | In-house to 1,400°F / 760°C |
| Pressure Testing | Sub-contracted hydro test | On-site hydro to 1.5× MAWP |
| Documentation Package | Partial — certs on request | Full data book, QR-linked, ship-ready |
| Lead Time (typical) | 18–24 weeks (split chain) | 6–10 weeks single-source |
| Material Traceability | Heat cert available on request | Lot-level from receiving to ship |
